**The Role**

The role of the Bec and Bridge Warehouse Assistant is to assist the Warehouse Management team with the movement of all inbound and outbound inventory. It is also the responsibility of the Warehouse Assistant to keep the warehouse and all inventory within it clean, tidy and maintained as per the company’s standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Process inbound and outbound inventory
- Remove inventory from trucks or shipping containers processing and storing in the correct warehouse location
- Sort, organize and store inventory in correct warehouse location
- Scan inbound stock checking quality throughout this process
- Package inventory and label correctly as per the company and customer guidelines
- Report damaged or missing inventory to Management or Supervisor
- Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations
- Operate all tasks within the safety guidelines, wearing the correct safety gear
- Operate required machinery like forklifts to move or store inventory when required
- Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles
- Assist with rubbish/waste removal and disposal
- Assist with stocktakes
- Work as an active team member to complete team goals

**Other Duties**
- Ability to work on weekends when required
- Any other duty deemed necessary by Management

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $31.60 per hour

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
