**Role Overview**: We're seeking an experienced **Photo Retoucher/Editor** for a casual position focusing on high-volume film scan editing. This technically demanding role requires proven batch editing expertise and professional colour correction skills.

**Hours & Availability**:

- Weekday morning shifts or late afternoon shifts. 4-6 Hour Shifts.
- 2-3 shifts per week required
- Additional shifts during peak periods may be available

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **High-Volume Image Processing**:

- Process 2,000+ film scan images daily using Adobe Lightroom
- Execute precise colour correction and technical adjustments
- Maintain consistent quality while meeting strict deadlines
- **Quality Control**:

- Perform technical assessment of film scans
- Ensure colour accuracy and technical specifications are met
- Maintain editing consistency across jobs/clients
- Flag technical issues requiring supervisor attention

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- **Minimum 1 year proven experience in**:

- Professional batch editing (wedding photography, events, or similar)
- Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop on Windows PC
- High-volume colour correction
- Meeting strict commercial deadlines
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Lightroom workflow optimisation
- Strong understanding of colour theory and correction
- Demonstrated efficiency in batch processing techniques
- Proficient in Windows PC environment
