**About the Role**:
Join our award-winning company, JayChem, as a Territory/Account Manager and make a significant impact on our presence in the Western Australian Commercial Laundry Market. In this full-time role based in Perth, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers who supply clean fresh linen to the Hospitality, Health Care, Aged Care and Mining sectors.
In this autonomous role supported by a national team, you will ensure outstanding customer experiences by providing end-to-end solutions, delivering exceptional results, and managing ongoing accounts. This is an opportunity to thrive in a supportive, entrepreneurial, and technical environment with comprehensive in-house training.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in the commercial laundry industry or a related field would be beneficial but not essential.
- Background in the chemical industry or similar hands-on technical roles would be favourable.

- Strong technical and process-oriented mindset, with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Ability to think critically and strategically about customer challenges, leveraging diverse perspectives.

- Hands-on individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to inclusive practices.
