The purpose of the Executive Officer is to support the CPCO through the provision of strategic advice, managing an effective Office, and driving the delivery of key priorities across the branch.
**Some of your responsibilities will include**: - Provide high level leadership in assisting the Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) in the direction and management of HRB and take immediate action on matters that do not require the CPCO's close involvement. Support the CPaCO by providing high-level strategic advice and drive the delivery of critical priorities and the resolution of sensitive issues, in liaison with HR leaders & other internal and external stakeholders. Manage the daily operations of the Office of the CPCO and provide support and guidance across the branch to ensure daily priorities are met. Manage the various functions of the Office including executive program management, business planning, executive correspondence, branch-level budgeting, workforce management, risk management, corporate governance and reporting, identifying issues and solutions to meet current and future needs. Manage the Secretariat function for TMR's People and Safety Board, maintaining effective governance processes to support effective meetings and manage decisions and outcomes.

- Due to this role having access to sensitive data, a criminal history check will be undertaken prior to appointment to the role.
Requirements of the role
- Relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded, and/ previous experience in a similar role, collaborating and working with leaders to drive outcomes. Experience in managing an executive office and branch governance and management activities.
