We are excited to add a role to the Quality team with a focus on Post Market surveillance. This is a small, collegiate team where your contributions will be noticed and valued. This is a great opportunity for a self-driven, team player who is passionate about helping others.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- post market surveillance activities including product complaints and adverse event reporting.
- Process the Repair and Replace requests.
- Setting up user logins for all new starters, and archiving exiting staff, in our eQMS
- Providing a range of monthly reports both internally and externally.
- Monitoring and reconciliation of temperature control logs.
- Redacting of PPI off documentation prior to sending to Suppliers.

**And to be successful**
**we think you’ll need**:

- 1-3 years experience in a quality assurance role
- Experience in the medical device industry preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 or ISO 13485:2016 preferred
