**The opportunity**:
As Sephora’s Events Executive, you will be responsible for leading the Eventing strategy and execution, with particular focus on retail and loyalty events. You will form part of the Marketing Team and play an integral role in supporting retail initiatives, digital campaigns and brand/product launches through eventing and marketing support.
**Responsibilities**
- Compile all pre-and-post-event marketing reports.
- Update Sephora’s internal marketing calendar with information and dates for brand launches, product newness, campaigns, events and animations and share relevant information with team members as required.
- Work with SEPHORA’s selective and exclusive brands and assist with gifts with purchase to be for activated at events. Lead Sephora’s GWP strategy and assortment.
- Develop and implement Sephora’s store opening strategy, including but not limited to pre-event decks, creative concepts, centre relations, supplier liaison, execution and post event reporting.
- Work with Sephora’s PR & Events Manager and PR Executive to create campaigns to promote both new and existing Sephora retail stores (local media, radio, TV, influencers, VIP events).
- Help to increase awareness for brands and products available at Sephora through key events and activations to help build the image of Sephora as Australia's most loved beauty retailer.
- Keep all marketing documents up to date and easily accessible, this includes but not limited to; marketing calendar, audit files, supplier details, store contact lists, brand lists etc.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing Team.

- Understands and co-ordinates the roll out of effective Eventing plans and activations
- Understanding of and competency with decks and reporting
- Strong supplier relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with people, partners and organisations
**Profile**
- 2-3+ working in marketing/PR/events, with experience in the Retail/ E-Commerce industry, preferably in beauty, followed by fashion and lifestyle
- An understanding of KPIs, ROI, commercial objectives and budgets
- Developed attention to detail and personal organisation skills
- Developed writing and editing skills
- Developing strategic and creative thinking and ideas
- A keen understanding of the importance of teamwork, culture and dynamics
- Strong interest in media, social media and PR and passion for the beauty industry
- A creative mind who approaches briefs with outside the box thinking
