As part of the Recovre Leadership team, you will be in a highly visible and supported role, growing revenues for the business while enhancing your career throughout Australia. You’ll be involved in major employer client interactions across the region and advising colleagues on new commercial propositions.

The role of Recovre’s Head of Workforce Health is to lead the development of consulting solutions, capabilities and intellectual capital including thought leadership across Recovre, fostering a forward-looking and positive culture and an issue led approach to our consulting and broader propositions.

Expand advisory aspects of MMB’s value proposition with consultative data-driven approaches to complement our core brokerage, placement and digital capabilities. Proactively position the business at the forefront of emerging workforce health based on key themes and social change including modernisation of employee support programs and healthy organisational cultures and identification of risk management opportunities, such as insurance.

The Workforce Health leader will work with sales, enablement and country leadership to develop our capabilities in order to sell and deliver exceptional People Risk outcomes for our clients. Support the development of new propositions including but not limited to consulting (workforce health, employee benefits communication), Digital and Global Benefits Management solution.

This role will be responsible for delivery of both new and existing consulting revenue as well as proposition development related revenue and will report to the Managing Director of Recovre.

- ** Leadership**:

- Be an active member of the Recovre Senior Leadership team - attending and participating in leadership meetings, executing on strategic initiatives, sharing and developing intellectual capital, and collaborating on global best practices
- Develop new products/services across the country, based on local needs
- Create a community of Workforce Health consultants for training and knowledge sharing purposes
- Develop and deploy consistent assets and approaches to consulting
- Establish effective relationships to serve clients in product development
- Build market presence by leading and presenting at industry seminars and conferences
- Set performance goals with the Managing Director of Recovre
- Support efforts to bring a digital health and wellbeing ecosystem of providers to local clients
- ** People**:

- Manage and grow the Workforce Health consulting team in Australia
- Direct workflow effectively to provide developmental opportunities and provide mentoring and coaching
- Leverage work to the most appropriate career level/grade
- ** Clients**:

- Understand the Workforce Health marketplace, define Workforce Health local value proposition and effectively communicate Recovre and MMB's position on latest industry trends
- Lead complex client engagements, including managing overall service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, procurements, implementations, and ongoing monitoring
- Lead the delivery of MMB digital workforce health offerings in the region
- ** Revenue**:

- Meet revenue and profitability targets
- Drive sales efforts in Australia
- Cross-sell other MMB and Marsh McLennan products and services to clients

**What you need to have**:

- Significant experience in a senior leadership role within the workforce health consulting industry, exposure to health and personal illness/accident insurance sector a significant advantage
- Ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure delivery of financial targets and business goals
- Track record of delivering on complicated and challenging projects, involving a range of stakeholders, potentially with competing objectives
- Strong technical ability, with an appreciation of the challenges clients face and how solutions and client engagement needs to evolve
- Proven experience of developing and delivering strategic growth plans that drive significant change and growth
- Significant experience of people leadership
- Experience operating as a member of a Senior Leadership Team
