Reporting to the Executive, Capability Management and working with the Workforce Optimisation & Performance Excellence leadership team to support the strategic direction for the domain workforce team. Your focus in this role will be to deliver and optimise the workforce management solutions across the Domain. With 6-8 direct reports you will accelerate performance excellence delivery and embed an uplift to key workforce metrics, insights, and mindsets.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Leadership and management of WFM colleagues to delivery optimism WFM and headcount solutions across the Domain
- Manage, oversee and champion workforce process management, governance and performance
- Deliver and maintain WFM insights and support domain strategic objectives
- Partner with Head of Enterprise Enablement & Delivery to maintain workforce models, insights reporting and continuous improvement
- Deliver programs focused on improving leader capability and maturity across Active Operations Management
- Drive internal focus on increasing capability to develop and maintain an innovative, digitally capable, and operationally disciplined workforce

**About you**:
With a strong partner focused approach, you will be able to build and develop strong relationships and influence at the Executive level. You will be execution focussed and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Able to motivate teams during periods of high pressure, and effectively resolve arising issues to ensure successful delivery
- Ability to prioritise and work in a dynamic, deadline-focussed environment
- Ability to engender credibility at all levels within NAB
- Self-driven person with strong leadership skills, and proven track record for delivery
- Strong internal networks esp. within division, with sufficiently high seniority to influence key stakeholders (incl. senior mgmt.)]
- Growth mindset with strong change management skills and experience
