This is a full-time position based in either our North Ryde, NSW office or our Milton, Qld office.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Coordinate and optimise job advertisements, ensuring maximum visibility and promoting the Downer brand and our unique value proposition.
- Contribute to strategic programs that support employer branding, employee value proposition, retention, and talent development initiatives.
- Coordinate attendance at recruitment events, such as careers expos and industry conferences, managing logistics and fostering proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Group Recruitment & Sourcing Manager with administrative tasks, including purchase orders, invoice processing, reporting, employee referral management and internal communications.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Higher education qualifications preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, providing Recruitment or Human Resources administrative support.
- Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System would be advantageous but not essential (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred).
- Technical savvy, with intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a keen focus on delivering quality experiences.
- A high-performance mindset, with a passion for achieving results and making an impact.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects, responsibilities, and stakeholder needs.
