About this role:

The Recruiter provides an absolutely pivotal role in our success story at Gartner. Working in partnership with the business, you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing great talent for our organization. What you’ll do:

- Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned Business Units.

- Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers.

- Gather, analyze, and present market data decks to influence stakeholders on hiring decisions.

- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.

- Identify opportunities for enhancing recruitment processes and candidate experience.

What you’ll need:

- 2 – 4 years’ experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role with a focus on data analytics roles.

- A consistent track record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders using data and market insights.

- Experience in driving process improvements and leveraging technology to enhance recruitment practices.

- Strong time-management and organizational skills.

- Someone with determination and a focus on delivering results.

- Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
