**The Role**

Our client is a local council looking for an experienced IT Change Analyst to work within the IT Projects Portfolio. This role will be working with the Change Manager to plan and execute change initiatives across the organisation. Offering a hybrid work environment with 2 days a week work from home.

**You.**
- 5 years demonstrated experience working as an IT Change Analyst
- 10 years demonstrated experience working in an IT role.
- Experience conducting stakeholder analyses and business impact statements in determining scale of change.
- Liaise closely with stakeholders ensuring stakeholder engagement
- Change Management certified preferred with proven knowledge of change management principles and methodologies required.
