- Easy Authoring is looking for a driven and talented Change Analyst to work within NSW Government on a long-term contract basis_

**Key Accountabilities**:

- The Change Analyst is responsible for delivering change activities including assessment, analysis, development, documentation, and implementation of change to ensure successful implementation of the Program.
- The position is responsible for managing stakeholder expectations about the program, generating buy-in to the solution, ensuring organizational alignment to deliver business engagement and change readiness.
- The position conducts change analysis and change impact assessments and develops and delivers effective change plans and change reporting.
- Stakeholder engagement: to create and maintain a database, schedule briefings andpreparing content
- Communication: drafting comms, managing sign off process, helping issues communications, 2-way communication inbox, measuring the success via surveys and statistics
- IT implementation experience but doesn’t necessarily need an IT based Change Analyst.
