**Your new company**

Join an ASX listed, leading integrated services organisation undergoing a multi-year workforce management transformation program. This is an initial 12-month contract with a high view to extending.

**Your new role**

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of change initiatives, ensuring business readiness, and minimising resistance to change. This requires the ability to juggle various projects across 5+ business units at a time. You will be a quick thinker, able to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Analyse and assess the impact of changes on the organisation and its employees.
- Develop and implement change management assessments, schedules and plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new processes.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.
- Support the Change and Program Manager

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience as a Change Analyst
- Experience working in workforce management transformation programs is ideal.
- Excellent understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
