- Working within our People Planning & Capability Team at NSW Trainlink, the primary purpose of our Change Analyst is to provide support for the development and implementation of change initiatives for the Regional Rail Project, to ensure that NSW TrainLink are ready to operate the new fleet.
You will take responsibility to identify and document change impacts and subsequent change intervention activities through the Change Impact Assessment (CIA) on changes affecting staff procedures, business processes, enhanced technology, operational and organisational change arising from the project.
**About you**
- You will provide support and analysis to the Change Manager and Project team members for the integration of change delivery activities into the overall program Change Management plan
You will assist with the identification, management, and scheduling of change management and delivery activities, including coordinating stakeholder meetings and updates
You will be accountable to assist with the preparation of the Change Readiness Assessment, including ensuring activities captured from various stakeholders are accepted and change activities re-aligned to ensure business readiness is achieved
You will also work with the Change Manager and Project team members to develop, implement and manage the change plan to deliver the agreed outcomes and activities and realise the business benefits within the agreed scope, time and budget
You will develop and implement systems and processes to ensure connections are in place between Stream and Program level change plans and activities
You will also work with the change team to create and manage program and project related communications for stakeholders and ensure they remain engaged and committed through the change process
This role will see you undertake project reporting activities to inform business decision making, including developing and maintaining status reports in relation to the change program initiative, budgets, progress, risks and issues
