**About the role
**The Replenishment Specialist/Seasonal Allocator supports API's vision and business unit strategy by implementing consistent processes to enhance the performance of the Priceline Inventory Team. As the Replenishment Specialist/Seasonal Allocator you will be responsible for developing and maintaining structured processes and policies for data management, parameter maintenance, and auditing tasks. Collaborating with the Priceline Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for optimising inventory management to improve financial outcomes for Priceline and its partners.
**The responsibilities for this role include:
- **Seasonal Promotional Allocations**:
- Support Priceline network with seasonal promotions by creating allocations, generating orders, and promoting category growth. Stay updated on market conditions, visit stores for feedback, and respond to customer queries and collaborate with the supply chain team for timely delivery.
- **Stakeholder Management **- Develop positive and effective relationships with all key stakeholders, effectively managing franchise and pharmacy partner relationships to deliver on inventory KPI’s.
- **Leadership and Process Development / Improvement - **A focus on improvement and streamlining procedures and systems, ensuring consistency across teams. Focus process and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement pertaining to store replenishment, reporting and inventory. Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to and Influence others to work in accordance with company values.
- **Automated Replenishment - **Support entire Priceline network with automated store replenishment, developing costing scenarios, maximising and improve inventory productivity measures for Priceline and its partners. Conduct financial modelling predicting inventory impacts, minimise financial risks through effective replenishment management and recommendations, analysing stores in stock performance and determining opportunities for growth and increasing productivity with mínimal financial implications for Franchise Partner.
**About the Role**:
- Demonstrated capability/experience in a retail inventory planning or supply chain planning role.
- Proven experience and expertise in inventory management; analysis; qualification/ forecasting; planning processes
- Proven ability to influence others to ensure that inventory productivity and financial performance are focal.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills which allow you to develop and foster relationships across the business hierarchy and with franchise partners and suppliers
- Leadership experience or desire to develop leadership capability.
- Data management, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
**Education/Qualifications:
- Year 12 high school completion with mathematics/statistics background
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or related discipline that involves the development of strong numeracy skills (financial management; economics; accounting; statistics) is desirable.
