**The opportunity to join our team**

As a Specialist - Leadership, Talent, and Learning, your primary focus will be on supporting the delivery of programs and solutions that enhance leadership capabilities, talent development, and continuous learning across Insignia Financial.

**You will deliver what matters by**:

- Owning logistics for workshops, training, and learning events
- Managing communication and participant enrolment for programs
- Supporting the delivery and development of learning content and materials, including presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules
- Contributing to the delivery of learning, talent, and leadership solutions - for example supporting to run talent reviews or leadership courses
- Providing responsive and proactive support to address inquiries and requests
- Building strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors/partners

**What you will bring to the team**:

- Strong organisational and project management skills, adept at multitasking
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, committed to delivering high-quality work
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Tech-savvy, experienced in HRIS, e-learning design, or LMS
- Interest in developing or honing facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills
- Certification in relevant areas such as coaching, change management, or instructional design is a plus
