As a _Talent & Leadership Advisor_, you’ll be a part of the Enterprise Learning, Talent & Capability team that empowers our leaders through innovative leadership solutions. Collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders, you’ll design, deliver, and continuously improve programs that align with Suncorp’s talent & leadership strategy. This role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional passionate about talent and leadership development and creating meaningful learning experiences and pathways for our people.

**What You’ll Do**
- Partner with vendors to ensure leadership programs align with Suncorp’s strategy, managing schedules, communications, and reporting metrics.
- Monitor program performance, evaluate outcomes, and implement improvements to enhance participation, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate on the development of Suncorp’s talent and leadership strategy and provide insights on emerging trends.
- Support the talent management program of work

**What You’ll Bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in Learning, Organisational Development, HR, or equivalent (desired)
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors to deliver best-practice leadership development and facilitating virtual and in-person learning programs
- Expertise in adult learning principles, group dynamics, program evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration
- Advanced understanding of leadership capability-building approaches and the ability to connect learning solutions to business strategy
- Experience in Talent Management in complex organisations
