This is a newly created role sitting within a wider People & Culture function where you will collaborate with the people and culture function and key stakeholders to help build the Leadership & talent capability across the organisation. There is a lot of opportunity to not only roll out a range of programs and initiatives as well as build these programs from scratch.

You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and retaining top talent across all levels of the organisation. The role will need to create and leverage stakeholder relationships ensuring the appropriate translation for each part of the business. This role is required to build leadership capability through the development and delivery of leadership and talent programs, manage the talent process including succession planning and clearly articulating career pathways for their people. Additionally, you will be responicible for;
- Help drive a high performance culture through the development of performance management programs, processes and systems
- Develop & execute a broad range of talent development initiatives
- Consult with and provide guidance and expertise to managers to identify current and future potential talent to meet the future needs of the organization.
- Develop and execute a range of interventions to improve the leadership capability of the organisation
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to help design and deliver fit-for purpose learning programs

To be successful in this role, you will possess the below skills and experience:

- Background in Organisational Development/HR/Learning and Development with specific experience in the design and execution of Leadership initiatives
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to see strategy through to execution;
- Commercial & creative thinking;
- Exceptional stakeholder management/relationship building skills;
- Solid project management skills;
- Impact & presence - able to make a positive impact that brings respect and credibility across all levels of the business;
- Degree in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources or a related discipline.
