**About the Role**

**Please note**: This role is a fixed term contract from July 1 - October 31 2025.

**Requirements**:
**What does a day in the life look like?**
- Support the Screen Team in delivery of SXSW Sydney Screen Festival
- Support the Screen Festival programming process, including administrative and research tasks
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate their event experience and participation, including travel and asset collection
- Contribute to festival program strategy
- Provide curatorial support and insight for festival programming
- Assist with on-site delivery of event
- Act as custodian of internal records, critical path, and other documentation

**About you**

**Essential Skills and Experience**

Qualification and years of experience:

- 1+ year experience in festival coordination or similar role and/or relevant tertiary qualification

Skills and Experience
- Proactive self-starter with strong planning and prioritisation skills
- High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communicator with strong listening skills
- Able to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple priorities

**Key Considerations**:
**This role requires you to**:

- Work outside of normal business hours and on the weekends closer to the event
