We currently have an exciting opportunity for a National Festivals & Exhibitions Services Manager to join the Ticketek team.

The National Festivals and Exhibitions Services Manager ensures each client and event receives a high standard of service delivery and continuity across their tour / event. This role provides a critical communications link between the Client/ Promoter and Ticketek, whilst ensuring the on-going enhancement and development of client relationships and providing a high level of client service as well as ensuring all contractual obligations are adhered to.

This role ensures internal operational services and activities are satisfying client needs and meeting commercial deadlines and will work closely with the National Tours Team, National Client Services Teams to ensure timely and accurate on sale and event delivery.

**About the role**

**As a National Festivals and Exhibitions Services Manager, your role will include**:
**Client Management**:Develop strong working relationships with Promoters and Venues to be considered a trusted advisor.

**Event Builds**: Ensure the Event Build process is thoroughly completed to a high level of accuracy.

**Event Marketing & Promotion**:Work with various stakeholders to ensure any marketing and promotional strategies are implemented and executed effectively.

**Event Day Support**:Event Day support for National Festivals & Exhibitions.

**Business Development**:Work with the Head of National Tours, Festivals & Exhibitions to provide further value-added services and yield outcomes of events under your responsibility.

**Industry Insight**:Keep abreast of relevant domestic and international insight and developments, as they relate to the business.

**Compliance and Corporate Governance**:Ensure compliance in areas including; Trade Practices, Privacy, Occupational Health & Safety are adhered to.

**About you**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- High level of commercial awareness in understanding of client business needs, and financial performance drivers for Ticketek
- Ability to develop new and existing relationships with clients; ability to resolve client/customer problems in a helpful, non-confrontational manner
- Understanding of ticketing systems and processes
- Be adaptable, able to mould to an ever-changing environment
- Industry knowledge including the basics of event promotion, event administration and venue management; ability to develop and monitor sales and service plans.
- Prior experience managing company and functional budgets, business plans and overall financial operations

**Desirable, but not essential, experience & skills**
- Proven client relationship skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Event Management role with high performing (high volume) clients
- Experience and understanding of systems and facilities and their integration with the ticketing system

**Other key considerations for this position**

Due to the nature of this role, work is required outside of business hours and on the weekend.
