OMFGroup operates Australia's two largest outback music festivals - the Birdsville Big Red Bash and the Broken Hill Mundi Mundi Bash. Our family-run business is dedicated to delivering exceptional live music experiences in the Australian outback. Join our friendly team based in Brookvale on Sydney's Northern Beaches and get the unique opportunity to work and camp in the outback during the festival season.

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in driving our festival marketing strategies. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with our marketing team to plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns that promote our festivals and engage our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support ticket sales and brand awareness.
- Identify market opportunities and provide insights on pricing and promotion plans for our festivals.
- Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production, and media placement, within time and budget constraints.
- Analyse data regarding consumer patterns and preferences to interpret and predict current and future consumer trends.
- Research potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services, collecting and analysing data and other statistical information.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling promotional materials and content.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse data to optimise marketing strategies.
- Support the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, and merchandise.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in marketing or advertising roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for music and events.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in event marketing or the entertainment industry is a plus.

Pay: $78,000.00 per year
