**Marketing Assistant/Student Engagement Officer**

As the Marketing Assistant/Student Engagement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our online marketing strategies, aimed at promoting our course offerings across a wide array of digital platforms. Your responsibilities encompass strengthening brand recognition, engagement, and our online presence. Additionally, you will be responsible for closely monitoring and optimising the performance of our digital campaigns.

This multifaceted position extends to the creation and coordination of activities that enhance the overall student experience, while also providing vital support services to our student body.

This position reports to Marketing Director

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Proficiently oversee and schedule posts on various social media platforms.
- Create captivating graphics, images, and videos for digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate on content planning and efficient management of content calendars.
- Manage and update website
- SEO

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Thoroughly gather data and generate comprehensive reports evaluating the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

**Market Research**:

- Diligently research industry trends, competitors, and target audience behavior.
- Condense and summarize research findings to effectively inform marketing strategies.

**Student Engagement**:

- Promptly address student inquiries and comments across digital channels.
- Cultivate online community engagement to nurture brand awareness and loyalty.
- Innovatively design and oversee a diverse range of student activities aimed at fostering engagement and a strong sense of community.
- Collaborate with the Student Support Manager to meticulously plan and execute events and initiatives that enrich the student experience.
- Provide day-to-day support services to students, ensuring the swift and effective resolution of their needs and concerns.

**Other responsibilities as required.**
- Execute additional responsibilities as directed by the Marketing Director and Student Support Manager.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have;**
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field, complemented by practical experience in digital marketing.
- Experience at least 1 year in the RTO/CRICOS sector is preferred, it is not mandatory.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Exhibit the ability to establish strong rapport with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, with a proven track record of delivering top-tier customer service.
- Display acute attention to detail and proficient problem-solving skills.
- Showcase familiarity with the International Education industry.
- Demonstrate adaptability as an essential member of a dynamic and results-oriented team.
- Possess proficiency in computer skills, including graphic design and Canva
- Exhibit creativity and the ability to think beyond traditional boundaries.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages considered an advantage.

**Salary**: $55,000 - $60,000 plus super, which will be paid in prorate basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
