The role Reporting to the Director - Operations, you will lead and maange a team to ensure that the Division's governance and assurance framekworks are legislatively compliant. You will provide expert level advice on matters across all aspects of governance and report on governance frameworks. You will identify and research emerging issues and risks to champion best practice innovative governance and assurance solutions. In addition, you will work collaboratively with various key stakeholders and provide leadership, guidance and coaching to your team.

**The successful personYou will have**:

- Strong Leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills and experience building and leading high-functioning teams
- Strategic, conceptual, critical thinking, and analytical capability relevant to a range of financial controls
- Proven track record in identifying, negotiating, influencing, and implementing solutions to complex problems
- Demonostrated experience in maintaining a high standard of practice through governance and risk management.
