**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Drive recruitment outcomes from sourcing to offer across retail, distribution, and contact centre roles.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver timely, quality hires.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in all recruitment activities.
**Who You Are**
- A natural people partner with 2+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Confident managing high-volume recruitment and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- You are solutions-focused, resilient, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Experienced with ATS platforms and a whiz with Microsoft Office tools - bonus points for experience with HumanForce (Prev LiveHire)
- A team player who brings energy, ideas, and a customer-first mindset.
**Bonus Points If You Have**
- A **Certificate IV or higher** in HR or Business Administration.
- Exposure to Retail, Supply Chain, or Contact Centre recruitment environments.
