This iconic ed tech business is widely recognised and trusted within the healthcare industries and professionals, priding itself on playing a significant role in connecting the world to better care.

Reporting to the PMO Director, with a dotted line to the Strategy Manager, the Program Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining high visibility and critical schedule.

As they embark on a newly formed three-year transformation, this role is about driving the quality from setup to maintenance of the schedules through MS Project as a tool. You will act as a central point of governance, control, coordination, and oversight of the delivery of the workstream scope.

**How your success will be measured?**
- Develop and manage the Program schedule and interdependencies through tracking and analysis, and will be responsible for creating the portfolio schedule.
- Provide strategic oversight, informing the portfolio when reporting policy or strategy changes, and document the schedule management guidelines, templates, and standards.
- Work with Project Managers to develop the work breakdown structure and identify internal and external dependencies.
- Assist Project Managers in establishing and maintaining their project schedules and collating weekly updates of schedule/milestone status from program workstreams.
- Work closely with Risk roles to ensure risks and issues are appropriately tracked, and impacts on the program schedule are clear and escalated appropriately.
- Assisting project managers with the status tracking of dependencies relating to other major programs.

**Skills that make you successful in this role**:

- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Jira (or similar)
- Ability to capture, analyse, and report schedule information at the program and portfolio level
- Previous experience in interfacing the schedule with the project financial control systems and escalated financial or deployment impacts.
