We are looking for an experienced and passionate Project Scheduler to join our Melbourne hub to support a diverse range of projects and industry leading clients. As a MIGSO-PCUBED Project Scheduling Consultant, you will play a pivotal functional and advisory role in the successful execution of client projects by creating, developing and maintaining large-scale schedules/program plans. You will work closely with a team of MP Consultants, utilizing expertise in project scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6, to ensure efficient planning, scheduling and execution. You will assess and manage risks and issues, contributing to robust project governance, financial control and scope management.

Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and generate advanced program/project schedules aligned with strategic goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to secure support, resources and buy-in for projects.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management and stakeholders for real-time visibility into project progress; ensure schedules are up-to-date and accurate.
- Deliver expertise in project management and scheduling software, including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Server 2016, Primavera P6.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to minimize disruptions to timelines.
- Analyze project data and provide reports and metrics for data-driven insights and project optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments in PPM processes to identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (Master's is advantageous).
- 5-8 years of experience managing complex project and program schedules across multiple industries including infrastructure.
- 5+ years of experience with MS Project; deep understanding of scheduling processes and WBS, risk management, resource allocation and SWOT analyses.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; ability to engage with executive leadership and large stakeholder groups.
