**About this role**
Are you passionate about future mobility and planning movement systems in our cities and regions? We are looking for an Adelaide based
**Transport Planner/Engineer** who is interested in creating excellent places and sustainable transport networks for all transport users. With an exciting and diverse pipeline of work, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated transport professional who will help deliver transport assessments and designs, strategy development, multi-modal transport planning and contribute to our growing future mobility team.

**What will I do?**
- Provide transport advice on some of the most iconic projects across Adelaide and beyond for public and private sector clients.
- Represent Arup at internal and external events and you may be responsible for designing and delivering projects, research, events and activities which impact the business.
- Be accountable for defined areas of projects and be able to work autonomously or with mínimal supervision.
- Collaborate with the broader SA Transport Planning team to deliver high quality and holistic outcomes on your projects.
- May be responsible for performance and development of others through guidance, training, direction and feedback.

**What will I bring?**
- Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, geography, economics, planning or similar area.
- 3+ years relevant industry experience in transport planning, traffic engineering, planning for low emissions technology and mobility, walking, cycling, bus operations and public realm enhancements within a consulting business environment;
- Interest in designing for future mobility such as micro-mobility, electric mobility, connected and autonomous vehicles. Experience in these areas would be beneficial, but not a requirement.
- Demonstrated experience to analyse and interpret information to develop narratives to support decision making.
- The ability to work in fast paced and deadline-driven team.
