**As the Health, Safety & Environment Coordinator you will have the responsibility of assisting in the development and maintenance of HSE systems, policies and procedures.**:
Providing advice and assistance to the HSE Manager in the continuous improvement activity that embodies prevention, pro-activity, risk assessment, knowledge/competency development and involvement in the development of a proactive safety culture.

This is the perfect opportunity for you to explore the Health, Safety & Environment team and understand more of the requirements behind operating a safe site. This is a part time position and will require you to be on site in our Melbourne office.

**What are we looking for?**:

- Strong administrative or sales experience
- A passion for learning and development within Health, Safety & Environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Passion for customer service and results driven

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Develop monthly HSE reports, presentations and HSE topics in collaboration with the HSE team.
- Review work practices and recommend ways in which processes and systems can be improved
- Provide accurate and timely advice to managers on HSE issues
- Maintain relevant HSE related recording databases
- Coordinate maintenance of HSE training records and attendees ensuring that information is filed accurately.
- General administrative support to the HSE Manager
