**What You Will Be Doing**

The Workforce Health & Safety Consultant is responsible for ensuring local work areas comply with relevant legislation, policies and best practice safety management, whilst identifying, designing, implementing and evaluating activities and initiatives which minimise risk and prevent injuries to our staff. The Workforce Health & Safety Consultant is also responsible for the investigation of incidents and early intervention strategies to support staff impacted by incidents and injuries, including management and oversight of the Manual Handling Program in order to reduce musculoskeletal injuries.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline.
- Experience in delivering Workplace Health and Safety services to large organisations.
- Experience identifying and implementing proactive solutions to Workforce Health & Safety risks and needs.
