**Your new company**

This leading Federal Government Organisation is currently seeking an EL1 Change and Communications Manager to work across a high profile and critical digital Transformation program which will transform how this agency operates.

**Your new role**

As Change and Communications Manager, you will work closely with the program team to deliver the end of change management and communication plans. You will define the change and communication strategy and effectively implement that in the program and change plan. This digital transformation is establishing a new system to improve data reporting and impact how important agency decisions are made. You will engage and work with stakeholders to build and maintain collaborative networks to enable adoption and reduce resistance.

**What you'll get in return**

In return you will get a 3 year FTC contract offering a salary package of $118,539k plus 15.4% super and the exposure to deliver a high-profile program across a Federal Agency. You will work with a professional and passionate leader and have flexible hybrid working options (Sydney CBD/WFH). You must be an Australian Citizen to apply. Baseline clearance is desirable.
