**About the role**
Reporting to the Corporate Finance Business Partner, this role requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team to manage and oversee the corporate group's suite of insurance policies.
Responsibilities include;
- Provide support and assistance in gathering information for the annual policy renewal process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
- Calculate the required level of coverage based on gathered data
- Assist in obtaining insurance quotations for newly acquired parks
- Assess and manage claims, interpreting policy conditions to ensure effective settlement
- Gather data to substantiate claims and assist the business in raising new claims
- Notify insurers of potential claims and provide internal reporting on claim activity
- Act as the primary contact point within the corporate group for insurance-related inquiries
- Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders, including insurers, insurance brokers, assessors, property managers, and guests
- Develop and document procedures to efficiently manage claims
- Prepare claims trend reports and other insights to guide risk management initiatives and reduce the quantum and severity of claims
- Develop and deliver educational sessions for the wider corporate group
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data preparation for board papers and posting of received amounts to correct cost centers
**Your Experience**
- Proven experience and knowledge in insurance and risk mitigation, with a track record of effectively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks
- Excellent conflict resolution skills, enabling you to manage and resolve conflicts in an empathetic and professional manner
- Desirable experience in managing insurance claims, demonstrating proficiency in the claims process and ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties involved
- Outstanding administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
- A collaborative work approach, proven by your ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of services
- A customer-driven mindset, always striving to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations
