**About the role - Perm Part-Time, 0.6 FTE (Approx. 3 days a week, flexible)**
The Fundraising Coordinator will work with the Fundraising Manager in: Building relationships with new and existing donors, raising funds through focusing on key elements within the strategic fundraising plan, and promoting Baptist Care SA’s value proposition. The role includes coordination the delivery of our Appeals, Gifts in Wills program, and Regular Giving acquisition. The position also provides key administrative support for general fundraising activities.
Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Identify, research, execute and provide support to new fundraising events and initiatives to complement existing strategies
- Lead, implement and analyse digital media and direct mail campaigns
- Prepare fundraising materials such as brochures, information sheets, donor newsletters and website pages
- Ensure maintenance of and data entry into CRM (Salesforce) for the Fundraising Department
- Develop and maintain relevant stakeholder relationships that would foster relationships encouraging financial and goods in kind donations
- Work with other team members to improve service outcomes for clients and employees by effective complaint management, stakeholder feedback and responses to service audit processes

Details matter; your attention to detail is second to none, including your own presentation and the quality of work you provide.
You will also have the following skills and experience:
- Three to five years’ experience in the same or reasonably similar role
- Experience in fundraising donor appeals
- Demonstrated experience across fundraising platforms
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated competency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a busy work environment
- A working knowledge of legislation relevant to the sector

- Full unrestricted South Australia Driver’s Licence
- DHS Child-Related Employment Screening or Working With Children check
- National Police Clearance
- Training: Secure Environments for Children and Young People (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work outside of normal office hours may be required
- Travel within South Australia
