**Your Organisation**

**Your Role**
Based onsite at Bibra Lake and reporting to the National Finance Manager, you will work closely with the Perth Site Operations Teams to drive operational focus and provide real-time commercial insights, analytics and accountability for the financial governance and control of the site.

This will include:

- Daily, weekly & monthly analysis and reporting of site operating performance including sales, margin, overheads and EBIT
- Timely completion of balance sheet controls including, but not limited to, fixed assets, stock, accruals & prepayments
- Budgeting & reforecasting for site & commercial operations
- Partnering with the new Product Development team to ensure accurate new product costs prior to launch and post launch analysis
- Support Capital projects preparation and post CAPEX reviews for site
- Monthly site overheads reviews with Site Leadership team
- Business partnering on national projects.

**About You**
As the role will involve working with non-finance managers, clear communication and the ability to explain financial data reflecting operational performance in layperson's terms is essential.

As a CA, CPA or CIMA accredited professional, you will bring previous experience from a manufacturing environment and FMCG experience will be highly regarded.
