As the **Finance Business Partner** at HBF you will join our Finance Business Partnering team in working closely with key business stakeholders to deliver high-impact financial insights that drive strategic decisions.

You will be integral in shaping the future direction of the business, using your commercial knowledge and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver exceptional value while showcasing your expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Deliver forward-looking, commercially-focused insights**: Analyse and translate financial results to drive strategic decision-making.

**Collaborate with stakeholders**: Engage with business leaders to understand priorities, initiatives, and challenges, providing financial guidance and solutions.

**Support budgeting and forecasting**: Lead the process, providing insightful analysis and strategic input to ensure financial targets are met.

**Streamline processes**: Continuously seek opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and clarity.

**Drive financial performance**: Partner with business teams to help them manage financial outcomes and align with broader strategic objectives.

- **Exceptional Relationship-Building Skills**: You can influence stakeholders at all levels, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: You’ll be comfortable presenting, writing reports, and clearly communicating financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- **Proven Budgeting and Forecasting Expertise**: Your experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and collaborating with key stakeholders will be key to success in this role.
- **Adaptability and Agility**: You’re able to deliver results under tight deadlines, prioritise effectively, and work confidently in ambiguous situations.
