**A Day in the Life**

This engaging new role will see you take the lead in QLD to provide onsite training and development initiatives to build and empower the capability of our operational staff to maximise compliance across our multitude of different sites. From conducting workplace assessments to branch audits, no two days will ever be the same.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the training records and state compliance through the company LMS
- Manage and review state Induction programs including monitoring completion and following up with new starters to ensure competence.
- Conduct branch audits on training completions and work with the sites to bring them up to compliance
- Validate current training and assessment materials and programs to ensure they are fit for purpose

**Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications**
- Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
- Content design experience using different training methodologies
- Excellent coaching and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Understanding and experience of logistics, supply chain and/or transport industry
- Happy to travel within the state, when required
