**About The Role**:
**ARC**is looking for a new team member to join our **Wollongong**branch as an **Operator**where you will be operating machinery to shape & cut reinforcing bar.

You'll become part of a small yet high-performing team where your responsibilities will include achieving KPIs and fostering a safety-first culture. Being a part of ARC provides a valuable chance to acquire hands-on experience in steel processing, pre-fabrication, and distribution. It also opens doors for career progression and development opportunities.

This is an Afternoon shift role and the working hours are Monday to Friday - 1:50pm - 9:30pm.

**As a key member of the team you will**:

- Operate machinery to shape and cut reinforcing bar and mesh
- Operate an overhead crane
- Accurately pick and pack orders
- Load and unload trucks for customers or our drivers
- Move truck inside and outside of warehouse
- Promote and contribute to a safe workplace

- Prior experience operating machinery
- Overhead crane experience is preferred but not essential
- HR Truck License is preferred
