**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Enhance operational systems, processes, and best practices to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and develop a diverse team, ensuring efficient operations and professional growth.
- Oversee project management including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Maintain stringent compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
- Handle procurement and inventory of materials and equipment.
- Generate and review operational reports and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the electrical or related technical services industry.
- Strong leadership skills and a keen understanding of operational management and strategic planning.
- Technical knowledge of electrical systems and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
