**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across territory within NSW. This role is pivotal in driving growth, managing key accounts, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for executing strategic sales plans, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage regional sales activities to achieve revenue targets within your territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Provide coaching and support to customer service and support teams.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in driving sales, preferably in fire, safety, or industrial sectors.
- Experience in managing government clients and contracts.
- Experience in capital sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to bring a culturally positive impact to our business.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and work as a cohesive member of a team.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, sales, or a related field are desirable.
