Reporting into the Operations Manager Knowledge and Process the purpose of this role is to undertake tasks which contribute to an accessible knowledge platform containing an accurate repository of material that empowers our people through content and education, and ultimately results in better outcomes for our customers.
**You'll be responsible for**:
- Maintaining process guides and other knowledge resources in the relevant centralised knowledge platform.
- Facilitating and recording process owner reviews of all knowledge documents.
- Maintaining a centralised catalogue of knowledge materials, with consideration for audience, reviewers, and owners.
- Developing and distributing regular operational updates through engagement with Project Integration, Internal Control, and others to effectively communicate operational and technical changes.
- Owning and maintaining a simple, clear, and consistent document control standard for all knowledge resources.
**Important to your success**:
- Experience in developing process and procedure documentation from start to finish, including experience in process review, design, and documentation.
- High attention to detail and accuracy and ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies within information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of processes or systems used within Underwriting and/ or Contact Centre environment is advantageous.
- A background in general insurance or in a financial services organisation is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships, provide expert advice and guide and develop business focussed solutions.
- Demonstrated evidence of proficiency with knowledge systems and communication tools.
