**About the opportunity**:
The Quote to Cash SME is to contribute to the testing, issue resolution and configuration for the Accounts Receivable module in collaboration with a range of internal and external stakeholders. This will include system and process testing for Accounts Receivable, as well as working with the Implementation Partner and other stakeholders to design solutions where issues are identified. It will also include working with stakeholders through testing and deployment phases to help Agencies to modify their processes to facilitate the adoption of the Oracle functionality and standardised processes.

**About you**:
We are seeking a Quote to Cash - SME who can work collaboratively in teams, can multi-task, is highly organised and looking to learn.

To be successful you will also require:

- Extensive knowledge of current quote-to-cash (accounts receivable) polices, processes and requirements across the SA Government.
- Demonstrated analytical, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and analyse issues and make recommendations.
- Proven high level communication skills, including the provision of expert advice on Finance related issues of a complex nature.
- Proven ability to prioritise and organise work to meet deadlines.
- Experience in business requirements identification, standard process design and accurately mapping processes to functional system configuration.

**Finance Reform Program**:
The Government’s main financial management system (FMS) Masterpiece, used by the majority of SA Government Agencies (excluding SA Health), was implemented 30 years ago and is reaching the end of its useful life. The FRP is leading a significant program for State Government to implement Oracle and best practice processes. The program will fundamentally change the way finance activities are performed across all in-scope Agencies and impact a broad range of stakeholders, including financial, ICT and operational teams.

**Special Conditions**:
Full Time,12 months initially with the possibility to extend.

Some out of hours work may be required. Intrastate and interstate travel may be required. The incumbent may be required to be assigned to another position at the same classification level across the DTF. The incumbent will be required to participate in DTF’s Performance Management Program.
