Doree Embroidery is an established embroidery company that has been operating since 1934 and is a family owned business. As Queensland's largest embroidery provider, we have a strong reputation built on the delivery of a quality product and service. We are currently seeking a full time experienced Production Supervisor role to join our innovative team.

Situated in East Brisbane we are looking for a hardworking, experienced and self-motivated individual to perform the role of Managing production floor.

This position works in harmony with the production team and administration teams.

Doree Embroidery runs only Barudan Embroidery Machines and uses the latest version of Wilcom software. In addition, we are also specialised in screen printing and heat seal operation.

It is desirable that the applicant has têxtile industry knowledge.

**Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following**:

- Allocate jobs as per production schedule and machine suitability
- Finding ways to improve efficiency of the work process
- Sign off on production sample
- Sign of on colours
- Assist in production where required
- Liaise with admin team and management

**Requirements of the role are as follows**:

- Experience in têxtile industry
- Experience in supervising role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High appreciation of quality control
- Diligent attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and resolve issues as needed
- Team player who can work collaboratively with operation and administration staff as well as management.
- Takes initiative in day to day tasks
- Desire to learn the system and follow a set procedure

**Salary**: $56,132.15 - $65,000.00 per year
