**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our new business development efforts. Your primary goal will be to generate new leads, build relationships, and secure cleaning service contracts across diverse sectors, including government buildings and commercial facilities.

This role is perfect for a proactive “hunter” with a passion for growing business and a knack for closing deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Develop strategic growth plans to expand our client base.
- Present compelling proposals and conduct persuasive sales presentations.
- Attend client meetings, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitor movements to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within cleaning, facilities management, or related industries.
- Demonstrated achievement of sales targets and business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Experience in the cleaning services industry is a plus

Pay: $62,455.26 - $173,353.40 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
