Clinical Administrator

We are seeking a Clinical Administrator to work 2.5 days per week. The days are flexible, however would require at least a Wednesday for the full day.
About the Role:
As a Clinical Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, supporting our team of psychologists and therapists in delivering high-quality care. Your role will involve managing client appointments, maintaining records, coordinating with healthcare providers, establishing and maintaining business relationships within the community and assisting with the smooth running of our practice.

Qualifications:
- Currently studying Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Speech Pathology, Paediatrics or a related field to transition into a specialised field role upon graduation. (_desired _)
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to providing exceptional client care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 - 19 per week
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplementary Pay:
- Annual bonus
