The Role*
The key purpose of the role is to gain an in-depth understanding of our existing and new products and services to develop go-to-market plans including personas/buyer insights, messaging, sales enablement assets, campaigns and ultimately launch products to market to achieve product retention and acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities*
It's an exciting environment where no two days are the same. But on a typical day you might find yourself:

Leading the positioning, messaging, and branding of our solutions in partnership with the Product Team.
- Developing a marketing plan to support acquisition and retention.
- Creating launch plans and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and promotion.
- Bringing fresh ideas to improve customer engagement, change management, and communications.
- Managing projects to raise awareness and adoption of our solutions.
- Owning and creating product-specific content, including customer case studies and release notes.
- Researching target customers and the market to identify opportunities to generate demand.
- Leading user segmentation analysis to optimise buyer/user personas.
- Crafting product positioning and messages that attract customers.
- Developing and executing product marketing programs, including brand and PR, digital, and demand generation campaigns.
- Understanding our commercial models to support development of customer offers.
- Setting up processes for key initiatives and change management, including governance framework for launches.
- Designing measurement strategies and success metrics to optimise impact and ROI.
- Prioritising, coordinating, and balancing stakeholder expectations, ensuring requirements and value are defined.
- Ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.

Skills and Experience*
In order to be successful in this position, you will ideally have:

Proven analytical abilities and critical thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative and non-traditional solutions.
- Ability to translate product features into customer value propositions.
- Highly accountable, strategic thinker, self-starter, and proven great teammate in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with Agile Delivery Methodology and toolsets.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing demands of the business.
- Lifelong learner; carries a growth-mindset.Experience in B2B marketing for a technology/SaaS business.
- Demonstrable experience translating complex information and data into clear understandable messages.
- Comfortable using collaboration, CRM, and marketing automation tools - Pardot experience viewed favourably.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
