Our fields of expertise include underwater sonar, GNSS, radio frequency systems, inertial sensors, robotics, quantum sensors and photonics.

**Overview of Position**

As the Product Marketing Manager for Inertial Navigation Systems you will play a leading role in positioning Advanced Navigation as a leading player in the market, creating demand to increase the opportunity funnel. You will be working closely with the product, sales and marketing teams to develop a keen understanding of the product’s target audience, and in-depth knowledge of the product range.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for the INS product portfolio.
- Develop user and buyer personas.
- Research the market to learn the competitive environment.
- Work with the marketing team to create materials and campaigns that highlight product features and benefits.
- Advise the marketing team on appropriate industry channels, media partners, and trade shows
- Articulating the products’ benefits to prospects to create sales guides, message house and unique value propositions.
- Develop product field tests for marketing purposes
- Work with product management and marketing team to define goals and metrics for product launches.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role with strong exposure to technical products
- The ability to quickly understand technical hardware and software features to translate them into marketing messaging
- Project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- The ability to analyze relevant information and make informed decisions
- The ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities across projects

**Nice to have**:

- Engineering background
- Marketing or product degree
