**Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Own department KPI's including managing teams performance
- Optimising efficiency of your department - Suggest initiatives to increase output & productivity
- Own onboarding & training processes for your department, including SOP's/Guidebooks
- Ensure Inventory accuracy in all functions by managing processes and reducing errors
- Strong communication skills with ability to manage both up and down
- Lead individual team members & collective department to drive a positive, high performance culture
- Maintain safety standards & processes to ensure a safe working environment

**What you’ll need**:

- 2+ Years experience in a similar role
- Experience in a fast moving ecommerce warehouse
- Experience leading a team
- Strong Computer Skills
- Strong Time management & organisation skills
- Forklift Ticket
