**What you’ll do
**The Inbound Planning Manager is responsible for leading a team of Inbound and DC Range Planners in managing the flow of local and imported stock through the distribution centre (DC) network and will be focused on fostering partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to promote trust and awareness within the replenishment process and increase awareness of the value proposition of the Replenishment team.
- Manage network range and stock flow in line with EDG priorities and inventory
- Develop internal reporting tools for projecting and managing DC Pick Slots, Inbound and reserve capacity
- Work with DC teams to ensure accurate analyses and implementation of continuous improvement supply chain optimisation
- Coach and mentor the team to develop a high-performing, empowered cultureSupport and enable the execution of Supply Chain projects in conjunction with our DC teams
- **What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated experience in supply chain planning with a focus on replenishment, capacity planning, warehousing, transport and purchasing operations
- Superior relationship management in building rapport with peers/stakeholders of all levels and resolving conflict to achieve business outcomes
- Proven experience in negotiating and dealing with stakeholders of different levels to deliver specific outcomes and objectives
- Strong detail orientation and demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and develop creative solutions to meet business needsProven ability to work independently on multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
