A unique opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join an established Company on the Gold Coast.

Our client is a leading company in pre-construction, construction and project management services.** **They have over 25 years of experience in the industry and pride themselves on being one of the safest concrete contractors around.

**Your new role**

The client is looking for a strong professional that has great experience in office management and senior administration.
- Professional and mature attitude
- Assist Finance team with invoice approvals and issue Purchase Orders for operational staff
- Receive and manage incoming phone calls
- PA to Managing Director
- Maintain office facilities including kitchen stock ordering
- Other Stock ordering as required
- Maintaining WH & S Registers and other OHS items
- Assisting MD and key staff in administrative duties
- Assist payroll team in collecting paperwork
- General office management tasks - stationery ordering, filing, marketing material, organising meetings and staff events

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered you will have a strong foundation of experience as an Office Manager. You must be forward-thinking and able to work autonomously whilst maintaining a pivotal role within a fast-paced team. Energy, enthusiasm and initiative needs to be your forte whilst keeping the office operating efficiently and smoothly
- Construction Industry experience advantageous
- Sound written and strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong collaboration skills with other team members, suppliers and customers
