**Your new company**

Our client is a reputable and highly regarded national organisation based on the Northern Gold Coast. With a high volume of work and a strong pipeline of projects, their continued success has created a need for an experienced office manager to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

**Your new role**

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinate all administration tasks including first point of contact, organising mail, filing, scanning, archiving
- Preparing correspondence
- Document control and management
- Data entry and database management
- IT Assistance
- Coordinating meetings and taking minutes
- Travel and diary management
- Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful you will have:

- Previous experience as a senior administrator or office manager, ideally within the construction industry
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the proven ability to manage a high volume of work
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and a high level of attention to detail
- Intermediate to Advance MS Office Skills
- The ability to work full time Monday - Friday
