**About the role**
As the Manager - Process, Change and Training, you are integral to the success of V/Line’s Corporate Services Group.
You will oversee the strategic road mapping of V/Line’s Procurement processes and procedures, ensuring effective change management and continuous improvement within V/Line.
Key Accountabilities include:
- ** Deployment & Implementation**: Oversee and manage the deployment, implementation, and simplification of new procurement methodologies, frameworks, and processes to maximize adoption.
- ** Engagement Strategies**:Create and deliver strategies to drive and maintain adoption across procurement and business stakeholders.
- ** Business Partnering**:Collaborate with leaders to identify and address current and emerging improvement opportunities within procurement.
- ** Quality & Assurance**:Oversee procurement quality and assurance activities, ensuring management plans and strategies are in place for new projects and initiatives.
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**:Identify and engage key stakeholders, conducting impact analysis and business readiness activities.
- ** Change Management**:Manage and engage a network of procurement system change champions to support and sponsor change within the business.
**About you**
You are a change leader and senior professional with a strategic mindset, strong negotiation and influencing skills, and a proven ability to communicate effectively. You excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior business leaders.
- Previous experience taking a team through transformation and capability uplift, coaching, and mentoring your direct reports.
- A strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and applicable regulatory requirements will be viewed favourably.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage change effectively.
- Successfully managed the deployment of practical processes and frameworks.
- Demonstrated alignment to V/Line’s values of responsiveness, integrity, impartiality, accountability, respect, leadership, and human rights.
